About the Artist: “I quickly got addicted to making shapes with clay about 3 years ago. Through my thought process for each piece, I want to be functional and practical—while also just looking pretty.
My aesthetic comes from my multi-ethnic upbringing in Belgium with my Ghanian father and German mother. Having grown up in a household like that, I discovered the importance of individuality and creativity. After, I lived and studied in Antwerp—as a photographer and fashion writer—which gave me a very keen sense of style that translates into all the objects I produce.
Now I live and work in Los Angeles, California with my husband.”
